DANGO
This AHRC-funded project provides information on the availability of records relating to non-governmental organisations and pressure groups active in the UK since 1945. The main project ran until October 2007, and was continued until October 2011 by the Leverhulme-funded project NGOs in Britain.

Acces2Archives
The A2A database is hosted by The National Archives on behalf of smaller repositories throughout England. The database allows to search and browse catalogues from many archives in England and Wales, dating from the 900s to the present day. These archives are cared for in local record offices and libraries, universities, museums and national and specialist institutions across England, where they are made available to the public.

Aim25
AIM25 provides electronic access to collection level descriptions of the archives of over fifty higher education institutions and learned societies within the greater London area.

Archives Hub
Gateway for access to archive and manuscript collections in the UK's Higher Education sector. It describes thousands of the archives that are held in UK universities and colleges.

Archives Network Wales
The Archives Network Wales website contains standardised descriptions of the extent, type and scope of collections of documents held by Record Offices, universities and other bodies in Wales. It also provides links to further information and access details for the repositories.

The ARCHON Directory
The ARCHON Directory includes contact details for record repositories in the United Kingdom and also for institutions elsewhere in the world which have substantial collections of manuscripts noted under the indexes to the National Register of Archives.

Arts and Humanities Data Service
The Arts and Humanities Data Service (AHDS) is a UK national service aiding the discovery, creation and preservation of digital resources in and for research, teaching and learning in the arts and humanities.

CASBAH
CASBAH contains research resources relating to Caribbean Studies and the history of Black and Asian people in the UK.

Charity Archivists and Record Managers (CHARM)
Founded in 1996 by archivists from the NSPCC, The Children's Society, and Oxfam, CHARM's aim is to provide a forum for archivists, records managers and other people responsible for the management of charity records and archives.

Mundus Database
The Mundus Gateway is a web-based guide to more than four hundred collections of overseas missionary materials held in the United Kingdom

National Register of Archives
The NRA contains information on the nature and location of manuscripts and historical records that relate to British history.

UK Data Archive
The UK Data Archive is an internationally-renowned centre of expertise in data acquisition, preservation, dissemination and promotion; and is curator of the largest collection of digital data in the social sciences and humanities in the UK.

BOND - British Overseas NGOs for Development
BOND is the UK's broadest network of voluntary organisations working in international development (often called non-governmental organisations, or NGOs). BOND aims to improve the UK's contribution to international development by promoting the exchange of experience, ideas and information.

NCVO - National Council of Voluntary Organisations
The NCVO is the umbrella body for the voluntary sector in England.

Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations
The SCVO is the umbrella body for voluntary organisations in Scotland.

Welsh Council for Voluntary Action
WCVA represents, supports and campaigns for volunteers, voluntary organisations and communities in Wales.

Northern Ireland Council for Voluntary Action
NICVA are the umbrella body for the voluntary and community sector in Northern Ireland.

Community Matters (National Federation of Community Organisations)
Community Matters is the nationwide federation for community associations, promoting and supporting action by ordinary people in response to social, educational and recreational needs in their neighbourhoods and communities.

MODA, the Migrant Organisations' Development Agency
Migrant Organisations Agency (MODA) is a professional support and co-ordination agency with the aim of informing, supporting and giving a voice to migrant community organisations across London.
